Meet the Founder: Theo Brown
Theo Brown is the Managing Partner of Sentire Capital. Prior to founding Sentire, Theo built a career leading growth, operations, and digital transformation across Fortune 100 organizations and privately held businesses. He has spent more than thirteen years guiding teams through complex strategic decisions, driving measurable financial impact, and helping companies scale through disciplined leadership and operational excellence.
Most recently, Theo served as a Growth Marketing Strategy Leader at AT&T, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on customer acquisition, digital transformation, and cross-functional execution. His work included directing a $98M modernization program that generated more than $685M in incremental revenue and significantly strengthened AT&T’s commercial performance. Theo also partnered with executive teams to improve conversion, optimize customer journeys, execute large scale go to market strategies, and manage budgets that exceeded $100M.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Theo is an entrepreneur at heart. He owns and operates two DoodyCalls territories in Atlanta, where he oversees day to day operations, hiring, service delivery, customer experience, and business development. Running a small service business has deepened his understanding of leadership, team building, operational constraints, and the importance of delivering consistent and reliable value to customers. This combination of large-scale leadership experience and hands on business ownership uniquely positions Theo to lead a lower middle market company with both strategic clarity and practical insight.
Theo holds an Executive MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, a program known for developing globally minded leaders with strong analytical and operational skills. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. His academic background reflects his commitment to continuous learning, disciplined thinking, and effective organizational leadership.
Theo grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, in a family of entrepreneurs. His father, who is a business owner, instilled in him the values of hard work, resilience, and ownership. Today, Theo lives those values through his work and as a father of two daughters, who inspire his dedication to integrity, humility, and long-term stewardship.
